The course is held by Massimiliano, our sommelier with AIS certification (Italian sommelier association), great expert in wines and products from Romagna and Italy.

Program:
Tuesday: Arrival in Portico. 19.30 welcome drink and introduction to the programme.
Wednesday :10.00-12.00 first sommelier lesson on 5 important Italian wines. 13.00 Lunch. 15.00 Guided truffle hunt 19.30 Dinner with a truffle based menu.
Thursday: 10.00-12.00 second sommelier lesson on 5 important regional wines.13:00 Lunch.14.00 Guided visit to a wine producer.
Friday:10.00-12.00 third sommelier lesson on 5 important organic wines. 13.00 Lunch. 14.00 Guided visit to an organic wine producer. Saturday: breakfast and departure
